UNIVERSAL AIR CONDITIONING

CASE STUDIES

THE CUSTOMER'S BRIEF

Fixaflex is an established hardware and fixing suppliers at Swinnow in Leeds who had a requirement for their offices.  They required two systems with an option for a third in the future, all to do heating and cooling.

UNIVERSAL AIR CONDITIONING'S SOLUTION

To minimize the outside footprint in a busy car park and limit the disruption caused by the installation team it was recommended to the client that they select the Fujitsu LM3 series multi-split, fitting two units immediately and one in the future. This was successfully completed by our install team in one working day

THE CUSTOMER'S BRIEF

ADF had a requirement for six small offices to be conditioned but wanted to avoid a yard full of condensers on the floor or wall of their new flagship showroom on Knaresborough Road. V.R.F. Systems were not felt to be cost effective.

UNIVERSAL AIR CONDITIONING'S SOLUTION

A J series system giving up to 15kw of heating and cooling without the need for multiple units or an excessively expensive V.R.F. system was the preferred option.  This was completed to the customer's satisfaction in five working days.

THE CUSTOMER'S BRIEF

Mrs Philips at Yarm had a requirement for cooling and filtration due to ill health and had tried living with a portable unit, which she found unsatisfactory due to the noise which kept her awake and which also required daily maintenance.  She was also very keen to protect the decor of the house and desired an unintrusive system.

UNIVERSAL AIR-CONDITIONING'S SOLUTION

It was recommend that a Mitsubishi low wall flexi unit be discreetly fitted, radiator style, taking power, pipework and drainage under the floorboards so as not to disrupt the decor and tuck in the outside condenser neatly to the side of her decking.  This installation was completed within a day by a single engineer and an apprentice.
