Armafix is an established hardware and fixing suppliers at Swinnow in Leeds who had a requirement for in their offices at Swinnow View. They required two systems which an option for a third in the future all to do heating and cooling.

To minimize the outside footprint in a busy car park and limit the disruption caused by the installation team it was recommended to the client that they select the Fujitsu LM3 series multi-split fitting two units immediately and one in the future. This was successfully completed by our install team in one working day.

Yorkshire Care Equipment had a requirement for six small offices to be conditioned but wanted to avoid a yard full of condensers on the floor or wall of their new flagship showroom on the Knaresborough Road. V.R.F. Systems were not felt to be cost effective.

A J series system giving up to 15kw of heating and cooling without the need for multiple units and excessively expensive V.R.F. system was the preferred option. This was completed to the customer's satisfaction in five working days.

Mrs. Philips at Yarm had a requirement for cooling and filtration due to ill health and had tried living with a portable unit which she found unsatisfactory being too noisy to sleep and requiring daily maintenance, she was keen to protect the decor of the house and desired an unintrusive system.

Was to recommend a Mitsubishi low wall flexi unit, be discreetly fitted radiator style taking power, pipework and drainage under the floorboards so as not to disrupt the decor and tuck in the outside condenser neatly to the side of her decking. This installation was completed within a day by a single engineer and an apprentice.
